At the Buck and Birch we always strive to bring our guests as close to the action as possible. We are therefore lucky enough to also have teamed up with the amazing Mark Williams of Galloway Wild Foods (Scotland's only full time teacher of foraged food and drink) who will be giving a guided forage walk before our event for those keen to see where our ingredients come from.
Let Mark take you on a guided walk along the banks of the Esk in Musselburgh and open your eyes to the possibilities of urban foraging. Having spent much time advising some of Scotland's finest distilleries on the use of wild botanicals you can also expect plenty delicious drinks samples and tasty nibbles from his trusty bag along the way!
