With A knowledge for thirst and a thought for food, The Buck and Birch are delighted to announce a completely unique and very exciting collaboration with award winning mixologist and former manager of the Bon Vivant, Miran Chauan.
Showcasing the very best of wild, Scottish ingredients, diners will enjoy a 4 course tasting and drinks menu around a communal table at the Barony Bar on Broughton St. We also want to challenge the conventions of formal dining, so each dish will be paired with a wilderness inspired cocktail designed and prepared by Miran to complete each course.
To keep everything as wild, fresh and spontaneous as possible the menus will not be completed until the day of the event, but expect to be taken on a culinary journey as listed below:
