Taking inspiration from the traditional Burn's menu and using the finest wild ingredients available we promise an evening of delicious treats and surprises. Expect the finest game and freshest seafood along with wild ingredients from our local shores, woodlands, hedgerows and fields. 

Enjoy a unique, multi course tasting menu served around our communal table along with a wilderness drinks flight, expertly designed by Miran Chauhan, our multi award winning mixologist. And with our head chef/ chief forager, Rupert Waites sharing a birthday with the Bard himself, he's sure to channel Rabbie's distinctive Scottish flavour

Dietary Requirements?

We ask diners come with an open mind and willingness to try new things but understand some of you may have dietary requirements. We asre more than happy to accommodate these wherever possible but diners MUST GIVE A MINIMUM OF 48HRS NOTICE. Failure to do so may result in a limited menu on the night.
