Our latest series spans the coming year and celebrates our foray into Scotland's hidden larder.
A culinary amble through our local landscape, we transform the very best wild ingredients on offer into an evening of delicious dishes and delectable drinks.
Head chef Rupert Waites and creative partner Tom Chisholm invite you to to join them on their journey of wild flavour exploration through their unique multi course tasting menus, showcasing the very best from the seashores, forests, fields and hedgerows.
Set in the characterful private rooms at the Dalriada in Portobello, guests join us around our communal table for an evening styled to incorporate elements of fine dining in the atmosphere of a relaxed dinner party.
Unusual, rare and humble ingredients are transformed into original menus for each event and presented with sophistication, creativity and a hint of theatre.
Each menu will also include a unique drinks flight created by resident, internationally renowned mixologist, Miran Chauhan, and a specifically curated wine and drinks list will also be available on the night to perfectly compliment the dishes on offer.
Expect game, seafood, foraged treats and plenty of surprises - so join us with an empty belly and an open mind....

Can accommodate dietary requirements?
Due to the nature of our events we cannot guarantee accommodating dietary requests. Given prior notice of allergies we will adapt dishes but we must have a minimum of 72 hrs notice. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate vegans but will be launching wild vegetarian/ vegan events later in the year.
Are the events BYOB?
Events in the past have been BYOB but for this series all drinks are to be purchased at the event. A selection of wines/ drinks paired to the menus can be bought by the glass or bottle and charged at the end of the evening.
